Director of Admissions and Community Engagement Bozeman Field School – Bozeman, Montana Full-time | $50,000 – $70,000 bozemanfieldschool.org Bozeman Field School seeks a full-time Director of Admissions and Community Engagement to serve as the engaging and charismatic “face” of the school in the Bozeman community, leading efforts to share our vision of a different way to educate high school students. This position combines strategic marketing and hands-on storytelling, with responsibilities ranging from managing and refreshing social media and external communications to cultivating community partnerships and organizing outreach events. The Director will steward the entire admissions process—serving as the primary contact for prospective families, coordinating tours and events, and guiding students and families from inquiry through enrollment—while working closely with the Head of School and faculty to ensure mission fit. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, well-connected locally, and passionate about translating Bozeman Field School’s vision into compelling communications that inspire families and strengthen our community. Who We Are Bozeman Field School is an independent high school serving students in grades 9-12. What You’ll Do -Capture and share the stories of our students and teachers through social media, newsletters, and community-facing communications. -Build partnerships with local schools, organizations, and families to extend our reach and invite more people into our vision of education. -Organize and host joyful, engaging events that showcase student learning and the values of our school. -Guide families through every step of the admissions journey, from their first inquiry to the moment they join our community. -Work with the Head of School and faculty to ensure that every new student is not only well-qualified but also a strong fit for our mission.
