Boxout, an industry leader in health and wellness product distribution for over 75 years, is seeking a Quality Control Lead to join our team! All applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen. The hours for the position are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. Key Responsibilities • Monitor operational processes and look for efficiency opportunities. • Conduct major order checks, QC verifications, and “hypercare” oversight. • Provide objective visibility into process performance. • Identify and help implement corrective actions collaboratively. • Maintain open, solution-oriented communication between Boxout and the customer • Support a customer-centric, proactive problem-solving culture. Desired Skills • Experience in operations, QC, or process improvement. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Flexible thinker — capable of nuance, not overly rigid or black-and-white. • Solution-focused and efficient; comfortable working autonomously on-site.
