Role Overview: We’re seeking a Systems & Project Engineer (Level 3) who will own IT support and deployments. This is a 50/50 mix of projects and support, with the opportunity to move into a Service Manager / Team Lead role within 6–12 months. You will be the hands-on technical lead for this client, driving deployments, resolving escalations, and working with remote Tier 2/3 engineers to ensure a seamless IT operation across multiple sites.
