Job Title: General Laborer This role supports various physical tasks on construction sites. Responsibilities include site preparation and cleanup, trench digging, scaffolding setup, demolition, and debris removal. The role also involves loading and distributing materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas. Responsibilities: • Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards. • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, and other temporary structures. • Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and machinery to appropriate locations. • Measure, mark, and record layout dimensions for construction activities. • Operate pumps, compressors, or generators to power tools, equipment, or move materials. • Mix, pour, and spread concrete using portable cement mixers. • Control and direct traffic around work zones. • Dig trenches or ditches, backfill excavations, and compact or level earth using hand and pneumatic tools. Requirements: • At least 1 year of general labor or construction experience. Key Skills: • Proficient in the use of hand and small power tools. • Understanding of construction materials, methods, and tools used in building and repair work.
