As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various teams across three facilities. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks, assist with bookkeeping, and facilitate communication among staff. You will help build a new role, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: • Perform administrative assistant tasks, including inventory collection and product ordering. • Assist in preparing for weekly sales meetings. • Build and maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes. • Facilitate employee communication and support various teams. • Generate weekly reports on job performance, payroll, and profits. • Ensure data alignment between CRM and QuickBooks. • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed. • Support HR functions, including employee handbook reviews and benefits policy explanations. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: • Experience in a mid-sized company is preferred. • HR experience, including knowledge of benefits policies and payroll, is a plus. • A bachelor's degree is required. • Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse personalities. • Willingness to learn and adopt a growth mindset.
