Company Description Doctors Medical is a medical DME management company in Orlando, FL. We have been doing business for over 20 years. We specialize in workers compensation billing for DME products. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a DME Rep. The DME Rep will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Daily tasks will include offering customized solutions, answering queries, providing product information, and completing sales processes. The role demands effective communication and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field • Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) products and industry is a plus • Knowledge of workers compensation insurance industry is a MUST • Strong organizational and time management skills • Basic computer and CRM software skills • Existing doctor relationships in the Orthopedic, Pain management, Podiatry or spine preferred but not required.
