What You'll Do: - You will execute proactive client service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - You will assist in managing client accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. - You will collaborate with advisors to prepare client reports and financial documents. - You will respond promptly to client inquiries, providing clear and professional communication. - You will support compliance and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records. - You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently. - You will contribute to continuous process improvements within the client service function. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in client service or wealth management support roles. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate a client-first mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with CRM systems and portfolio management software. - Knowledge of financial products and investment principles. - Certification in financial services or related fields. - Bilingual abilities, especially in French or Spanish.
