Role Overview: As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Wealth Management Team by delivering exceptional client service and ensuring smooth operational processes. This position is ideal for someone passionate about finance and client relations, eager to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team. What You'll Do: - You will execute proactive client service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - You will assist in managing client accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. - You will collaborate with advisors to prepare client reports and financial documents. - You will respond promptly to client inquiries, providing clear and professional communication. - You will support compliance and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records. - You will participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery. - You will coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently. - You will help maintain and update client databases to ensure data integrity. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in client service or financial services. - Strong knowledge of wealth management products and financial terminology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with CRM systems specific to wealth management. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services. - Additional certifications such as CFP or CFA Level 1. - Bilingual abilities, especially in French or Spanish.
