Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and possess strong leadership skills to guide our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. Responsibilities - Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities for children - Supervise and support child care staff in daily operations - Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements - Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being - Manage enrollment, staffing, and administrative tasks efficiently -Must possess excellent skills with Staff training, motivation and team building -Must possess strong leadership skills and able to communicate effectively to staff and upper Management. -Must be reliable and a team player • Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience in educating or working with young children - Knowledge of education administration practices - Strong leadership and communication skills - Familiarity with higher education teaching methodologies is a plus • Must have a food and sanitation license (Valid) A background clearance is a requirement for this position and must have at least 5 years or more with verifiable experience in Childcare Management.
