What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. - You will provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential improvements. - You will maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work the required training and nesting periods.
