Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at BOTG LLC, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care and supporting our clients' needs efficiently. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and customer retention. - You will document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols. - You will contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding performance metrics. - You will provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or call center role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working remotely or in a hybrid work environment. - Familiarity with the Oriskany, NY area. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in the technology or service industry.
