This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. - You will provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential improvements. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role. - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience with remote work and virtual training. - Familiarity with customer service metrics and reporting.
