What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - You will resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience. - You will document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service processes. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge. - You will provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns. - You will maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies. - You will support special projects and initiatives as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Flexibility to work remotely after training and adapt to schedule requirements.
