What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and patience. - You are able to work independently and as part of a team. - You have a reliable internet connection and live within one hour of Oriskany, NY.
