What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a remote customer service role. - Familiarity with the Oriskany, NY area. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills. - Previous experience in the technology or service industry.
