HS/GED plus 3+ years relevant experience or Associates/Bachelor's plus 1 year, medical billing experience preferred, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
Job Description: • Responsible for coordinating all functions related to patient access. • Provide support in charge entry, billing, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification. • Administrative duties such as handling phones and mail, filling out forms, and scheduling. • Provide physician and departmental support including managing calendars and credentialing documents. Requirements: • HS/GED plus 3+ years relevant experience. • Bachelor's degree or Associates plus 1 year relevant experience. • Experience with medical billing or similar setting preferred. • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written). • Demonstrated customer service skills. • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
