Responsibilities:  * Designs and implements IT systems to meet business needs. * May develop code, test and implement computer programs and subsystems utilizing multiple programming languages. * May lead subsystem design and participate in system design projects. * May interface with customers to define system requirements and priorities. Analyzes, resolves or assists in resolving production problems. * May lead or support business studies and feasibility studies. Requirements:  * B.A. or B.S. degree with 10 years System Engineer experience. * Must have active security clearance. * Must work on site in Washington D.C. area 2-3 days a week.   Location/Work Arrangement: * This position is hybrid in Washington D.C. * Schedule is full-time, Monday – Friday 40-hour week.   Benefits: BGS offers a competitive total compensation package to eligible employees.
