Supporting internal and external customers with technical and commercial issues related to HVAC equipment, including quoting, order tracking, and post-sale support.
Requires 5+ years of HVAC technical knowledge and customer service experience, proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Description: • Develop an in depth understanding of our residential and commercial product offering. • Supporting internal and external customers with technical commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies. • Superior product selection capabilities with the ability to offer alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers. • Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and increase margins. • Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary. • Post-sale support as required. • Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing. • Other duties as directed. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge • 5+ years of customer service experience • Experience supporting the sales team • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software. • Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills. • Effective and professional communication and organization skills. • Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
