Job Description As a Senior Software Development Lead Engineer, you will lead the Software Project work to achieve software deliveries that meet the input requirements and program expectations with agreed resources and other prerequisites. Your responsibilities will include leading software configuration management, software requirements, software integration, software releases, and development environments. You will analyze sources of software requirements and identify requirements to be implemented, coordinate software development activities within the Software Project, maintain software schedule and release plan, milestones, and managing Project resources. You will also identify Software Project risks and make recommendations to minimize risk. Additionally, you will represent the Software Project in any Audits and ensure compliance with Software Deployment policies and procedures. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer & Information Science, or Computer Engineering • 96 months of experience in job offered or related lead software engineer role • Experience with the V model for software development • Experience in deploying and managing software development projects in Automotive SPICE • Experience deploying software development projects according to ISO 26262 requirements
