Job Number: R0226639 Health Operations Specialist Key Role: Applies healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation, including Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, Workforce Management, Research and Development, and Value Based Healthcare. Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members. Basic Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience with planning, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of health operations or programs • Experience with analyzing health operations data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes • Knowledge of hospital operations and clinical workflows • Ability to create strategic recommendations to achieve performance-based objectives, enhancing implementation, systems, and service • Public Trust • Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare field Additional Qualifications: • Experience with Veterans Health Administration health record data • Knowledge of major Electronic Health Record solutions • Ability to partner with IT Systems Architects to engineer solutions to address complex clinical and operational challenges • Master's degree • Prosci Change Management, PMP, or ACHE Certification Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
