Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual or bilingual, and have experience in customer support or call center environments. This position offers an opportunity to develop your client service skills while contributing to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details. • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently. • Process transactions such as cash handling and data entry with high accuracy. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and other CRM systems. • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved satisfactorily. • Support outbound calling campaigns to engage with potential or existing clients. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices. • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships. Qualifications • Proven experience in customer support, call center, or client services roles preferred. • Bilingual English / Spanish required. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry applications. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette. • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated analysis skills for problem-solving and issue resolution. • Experience with outbound calling and cash handling is advantageous. • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus.
