We are looking for a highly motivated customer service representative to follow up with our current clients and help resolve any issues they may be experiencing. We currently work exclusively with products related to the Affordable Care Act(ACA). We're looking for someone who can go above and beyond to resolve the issue at hand. This is not a sales position; it is Customer service and retention-oriented. • What we are looking for in a candidate: • Self-starter/Go-getter • Organized with the ability to multitask • Great eye for detail • Comfortable speaking on the phone • Ability to speak clearly over the phone • Upbeat and patient (we work with a lot of seniors, so patience is a must!) • Vivacious and outgoing • Positive attitude • Strong communication skills • Ability to adhere to strict (ACA) compliance standards • Motivated to succeed • Coachable attitude and mindset • Enjoys working in a competitive environment So, apply today and come and be part of the team!
