As the Director Product, B2B Growth at Booksy, you will lead the strategic expansion of our provider domain with a sharp focus on acquisition, activation, onboarding and retention of new customers. This role centers on driving rapid, data-driven growth initiatives within a product-led SaaS environment, working closely with marketing to optimize the customer journey from initial awareness through trial conversion to paid subscription. You will have the autonomy to shape and scale growth loops, referral programs, and lifecycle marketing efforts, targeting primarily small and medium-sized businesses. This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to influence one of the company’s most critical growth dimensions and contribute directly to Booksy’s expansion into key markets such as the U.S. and beyond. What You'll be Doing Lead the growth-focused segment of the provider domain, driving acquisition and activation strategies to increase the number of new B2B customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses. Design and execute fast-paced, data-driven experiments to optimise onboarding processes and accelerate conversion from trial to paid subscriptions. Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to build and scale growth engines, including referral programs and growth loops that leverage existing customers to attract new ones. Develop and implement tactical retention initiatives aimed at reducing churn by addressing key renewal decision points, such as flexible subscription management options. Own the product-led growth motion by working at the intersection of product and marketing, focusing on lifecycle marketing and maximising the discovery and use of existing product features to drive customer success and growth. What we're looking for Proven experience leading growth initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on product-led growth (PLG) strategies targeting SMB customers. Strong expertise in acquisition and onboarding processes, with a track record of driving user activation and conversion from trial to paid subscriptions. Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, rapid testing, and optimizing growth loops to maximize customer acquisition and retention. Ability to collaborate effectively across product, marketing, and engineering teams to build scalable growth engines and lifecycle marketing programs. Demonstrated leadership skills at a senior or director level, capable of shaping strategy and managing a focused growth domain within a larger organisation. What you'll need Proven experience in product-led growth (PLG) within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally working with SMB customers. Strong background in acquisition, activation, and onboarding strategies that drive conversion from trial to paid customers. Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven experimentation and rapid growth initiatives with measurable impact. Experience collaborating closely with marketing and engineering teams, particularly in lifecycle marketing and CRM-related growth activities. Track record of building and scaling growth loops, such as referral programs, to leverage existing customers for new acquisition. Leadership experience at a senior level, preferably director or equivalent, with the ability to shape and own a significant growth domain. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
