About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Technical Project Manager to lead product planning, coordination, and execution across our engineering and product teams. In this role, you’ll transform shifting priorities into actionable roadmaps, establish scalable processes, and ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a program management leader, you’ll maintain visibility across workstreams, anticipate bottlenecks, and keep projects on track to deliver impactful solutions for small business owners. What You’ll Do: Conduct market research and user interviews (customers and employees) to understand business needs and product opportunities Build and test wireframes using tools like Figma to validate concepts with stakeholders Focus on coordination and process — this is a dedicated program management role, not a hybrid developer position Prioritize and roadmap development by transforming shifting priorities into clear, actionable plans aligned with business goals Coordinate across workstreams to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and integration points Establish measurable processes, including design/architecture planning phases, ClickUp documentation, and metrics to track team velocity and delivery predictability Translate between technical and business teams, shielding engineers from interruptions while keeping leadership updated with data-driven progress and timelines How To Be Successful In This Role: Strategic operator: You excel at aligning multiple priorities and processes to drive predictable outcomes. Process builder: You thrive on creating scalable systems and documentation that improve team efficiency. Stakeholder-focused: You build trust with both internal teams and external users through research and clear communication.
