Full Description

We’re looking for a senior writing editor/coach to shepherd fiction students toward publication. This role combines mentorship, teaching, and editorial expertise to help emerging and established writers elevate their craft. Responsibilities: • 1 live craft lecture per week • Weekly Developmental feedback on a short piece of writing for each student • Two one-on-one meetings a month for each student (coaching) Qualifications: • Track record as an editor, coach, or author • Demonstrated experience in teaching writing or providing editorial feedback • Deep understanding of storytelling fundamentals across multiple fiction genres • Bachelor's degree in creative writing, English, or related field preferred (MFA a plus) What We Offer: • Opportunity to lead an innovative online writing program from its foundation • Creative freedom to develop craft lectures aligned with your expertise and interests • Marketing support through our established YouTube channel and website • Sizable craft resources, both in print and video • Flexible, remote work arrangement with performance-based growth potential Getting Started: This role begins with developing our flagship coaching program and establishing the foundational author experience.
