About the position We’re seeking experienced, self-driven sales professionals to help expand our portfolio of business-to-business technology and professional services. This is a commission-only role built for individuals who value independence, prefer outcome-based work over micromanagement, and want uncapped earning potential while working remotely. In this role, you’ll identify and engage prospective clients, build relationships with decision-makers, and introduce solutions that support modern business operations, technology, and digital transformation. You’ll manage your own pipeline, control your schedule, and operate independently, with support available when needed. Responsibilities • Prospect and sell B2B technology and professional services to small and mid-sized organizations. • Build and manage your sales pipeline from initial outreach through close. • Communicate effectively with business owners, executives, and technical stakeholders. • Present solutions that address real operational and technical challenges. • Work independently while collaborating with internal teams as appropriate. Requirements • Experience selling B2B services, technology solutions, or professional services. • Comfortable in a commission-only, performance-driven environment. • Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage time and priorities effectively. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
