About the Role We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who is excited to grow their craft at the intersection of generative AI, product storytelling, and social impact. This role is ideal for a hands-on product marketer who is eager to learn, execute, and contribute meaningfully to how Bonterra positions, packages, and brings its products to market. In this role, you will work closely with senior product marketing and product leaders to translate fast-moving product innovation—especially AI-driven capabilities—into clear, compelling messaging and go-to-market assets. You will develop strong foundational skills in buyer understanding, messaging, and market analysis while playing a visible role in launches and customer engagement. This role balances execution and learning across both analytical and creative work, with mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders. Messaging & Positioning Support the development and refinement of clear, value-driven product messaging that differentiates Bonterra in the social good market. Contribute to product narratives, messaging frameworks, and launch materials that make complex capabilities accessible and compelling. Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent, usable, and aligned with customer needs. Buyer and Market Research Assist in building and maintaining buyer personas through customer interviews, surveys, and internal research. Analyze customer feedback, win/loss insights, and market trends to inform messaging and go-to-market decisions. Help validate positioning by testing messaging with customers and internal stakeholders. Packaging & Pricing Partner with senior team members to support packaging and pricing initiatives, including research and analysis. Assist with survey design (e.g., willingness-to-pay, feature value testing) and synthesis of findings. Help document and communicate packaging and pricing changes to internal teams. Qualifications You are: An AI-native marketer – Generative AI tools are second nature to you. You move faster, explore more broadly, and deliver higher quality output because of your AI-first mindset. A storyteller and strategist – You can distill complex innovation into clear, differentiated, value-based messaging that excites customers and inspires internal teams. An analytical thinker – You’re fluent in market research, pricing strategy, survey design, and data-driven insights. You enjoy digging deep but always return with crisp, actionable conclusions. A simplifier – You thrive on making complexity accessible and compelling, not exhaustive or overwhelming. A visionary – You see the distinct, future-oriented value of a product and champion it with courage, even when it challenges the status quo. Experience that stands out: 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, product management, growth marketing, or a related SaaS role. Hands-on experience conducting market research, surveys, and interviews (both qualitative and quantitative). Experience analyzing, testing, and refining complex pricing models. Experience in or passion for the social good sector is a plus. Experience in AI products in B2B Saas is a plus. At Bonterra, we’re building AI-powered tools to solve real human challenges—and we want teammates who share that enthusiasm. We value people who will champion AI and bring diverse perspectives from different industries, backgrounds, and cultures. Together, we create AI that breaks down barriers, empowers communities, and delivers better outcomes. At this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Our Culture At Bonterra, we’re innovating with a higher purpose: to increase giving to 3% of US GDP by 2033, creating $573 billion more in global impact every year. For too long, the people behind the scenes of social good have used cumbersome paper and spreadsheets or outdated technology created for sales teams to report on outcomes for their organizations—methods and tools that reduce the amount of time they could spend doing good, fail to uncover valuable insights and details around outcomes of their good work, and even lead to disengagement and turnover. At Bonterra, we’re changing that. We work with nonprofit organizations, public agencies, corporations, philanthropic organizations, and foundations to help connect with donors and volunteers, distribute grants and funds, drive fundraising and grant acquisition, manage casework, and measure outcomes and impact. Today, Bonterra’s technology enables over 15,000 nonprofit organizations do more good and powers more than 50% of the Fortune 100’s philanthropic giving efforts. We exclusively cater to the unique needs of social good organizations with intuitive technology, powerful analytics, and easy-to- use reporting. Quite simply: We power those who power social impact.
