We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Quality Manager to join our part-time team. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing the quality of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a key player in our healthcare system, you will help shape the quality initiative strategies that lead to better patient outcomes and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures within the organization. • Monitor healthcare processes and outcomes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with clinical teams to create quality improvement plans based on audit findings. • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders on quality performance metrics. • Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality standards and best practices. • Analyze patient feedback and data to enhance service delivery and patient care. Required and preferred qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field. • Proven experience in quality assurance within a healthcare setting. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Familiarity with regulatory quality standards and compliance frameworks. • Certifications in Quality Management or Healthcare Quality preferred. • Proficiency in healthcare management software and quality assessment tools. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role.
