Job Number: 31856 Salary: $130K-$150K DOE Industry: Financial Services Must Haves: • 7+ years of business law or legal consulting experience required • Experience with entity formations, M&A, and corporate governance required • Experience in financial services preferred • JD required • LLM. in tax, business, or securities law preferred Your New Role: This award-winning wealth management consulting firm is seeking an attorney with experience in business law, M&A, and corporate governance to join their team as their newest Senior Legal Consultant. In this role, you’ll put your business law expertise to use as you advise clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance. You’ll foster strong client relationships as you guide them through business transactions with a focus on risk mitigation, due diligence, and tax outcomes. Your clients and colleagues will look to you as the subject matter expert for all things business and tax law, so you’ll need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments that might affect the financial services industry. You’ll work in-office with the team to maximize face-to-face collaboration.
