Job Number: 31603 Salary: $110K-$120K DOE Industry: Healthcare Must Haves: • 4+ years of managing HR Department required, including direct people leadership • Experience working in a healthcare, senior living, or non-profit field preferred • SHRM/PHR certification preferred Your New Role: Bring your extensive HR experience to the table and make a real impact on staff morale at this legacy non-profit healthcare company! As HR Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all functions of HR and ensuring compliance, partnering with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, refreshing compensation structures and providing mentorship to the HR team. In partnership with the CEO, you will serve as a change agent- supporting modernization and professionalization efforts, all while leading with compassion, integrity, and patience. An analytical people-person will thrive in this role, as you’ll be managing both strategic and tactical HR work. Those who enjoy a challenge, have fantastic communication skills, and exhibit a servant-leader approach will stand out among other applicants. This is an onsite position.
