This unique position is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on mechanic experience who enjoys helping others, explaining technical concepts, and sharing knowledge. You’ll join a dynamic team supporting a growing automotive technology company. In this role, you’ll use your mechanical expertise to support customers, create educational content, and help improve the way people understand and work with cars. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer emails and phone calls, providing accurate and friendly technical support. • Write and edit educational articles and guides related to vehicle sensors and repair diagnostics. • Create short, easy-to-understand videos explaining how various car components and sensors function. • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure clear, engaging, and accurate content. • Assist with other support and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair or mechanic experience. • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal. • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple terms. • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. • Must be able to work on-site in Towson, MD.
