12+ years of financial leadership in multi-site manufacturing with P&L responsibility, CPA or MBA preferred, experience in acquisitions, and willingness to travel 10-15%.

Growth has come from product development, expanding customer base and satisfaction, reinvestment into infrastructure, and acquisitions. We are looking for a finance leader with strong business acumen and knowledge of product development, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, and continuous improvement. OPPORTUNITY: Center stage. Be the #1 business partner to the VP/GM of North American operations on overall strategy, financial wellness and performance of business units, acquisition due diligence/integration, problem solving, deliverables and P/L management. Led an established finance team. Key areas of responsibilities and contribution opportunities: • Short/long range strategic planning and budgets • Financial forecasting and analytics, KPIs, metrics • Financial reporting • Oversight and mentoring of BU Controllers • Acquisition end-to end • Partner with manufacturing and supply chain on OTD, inventory management, capital expenditures, optimization, demand forecasting, etc. • Team with sales on pricing, margin management, and forecasting • Collaborate with engineering on budget, costs, and deliverables. • Continuous improvement (i.e., working capital improvements, automation initiatives) This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong business acumen and a P/L mentality. REQUIREMENTS: CPA or MBA wanted. Seek 12+ years of business experience that most recently includes financial leadership of a multi-site, $100+M manufacturing division or corporation, ideally a key OEM supplier that target parallel markets. Must be willing to travel 10-15% within North America. REWARD: $240,000 to $280,000 DOE plus 40% incentive targets, car, and relocation package.
