As the Information Technology (IT) Senior Manager, you will lead our efforts in maintaining a transparent, secure, and compliant technology environment. This critical role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive technology governance strategy. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between Governance, Risk, and Compliance function and the technical operations of the organization, ensuring the digital estate across IT and Operational Technology (OT), is visible, defensible, and optimized. This role requires the selected candidate to have a deep understanding of technology asset lifecycles, governance frameworks and processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various senior-level stakeholders across the organization. The role will have management oversight to platform capability development, tooling operations and compliance activities, and the organizational service delivery function. Position Responsibilities: • Execute a comprehensive Technology Governance strategy aligned with business objectives, including roadmap planning, budget management, and resource allocation • Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement • Design automated enforcement mechanisms that prevent non-compliant assets from accessing critical networks • Partner with Security Operations to ensure every visible asset is mapped to a known owner and risk profile • Establish and refine the "cradle-to-grave" process for technology assets in collaboration with the Asset Management team • Partner with Security, Procurement, and Engineering teams to integrate and develop automated governance checkpoints into existing workflows without creating unnecessary friction • Evaluate and improve Technology Governance processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness • Implement automation where possible • Create executive-level dashboards that track asset health, compliance drift, and the financial impact of our governance programs • Support vendor management and industry participation regarding Technology Governance and Asset Management BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Bachelor's degree or higher • 8+ years of experience in leadership and/or management • 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Governance, and/or Risk Management • 5+ years of experience with governance frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, or NIST • 5+ years of experience with Asset Management and Configuration Management Databases (CMDB), including associated tooling (e.g., ServiceNow) • Experience in auditing or compliance roles where you've had to hold teams accountable to technical standards Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related degree • Experience utilizing excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team • Experience collaborating effectively with various stakeholders • Experience utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver key metrics Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
