Supplier Quality Specialist (Associate or Experienced) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our Supplier Quality team located in Red Oak, TX! Position Responsibilities: Assists with audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products. Documents audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies less complex products for compliance. Monitors supplier quality related activities and reports issues. Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products. Documents and reports audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements. Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work. Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives. Resolves routine issues and concerns. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): More than 1 year of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action More than 1 year of experience have collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions More than 1 year of experience in inspection and inspection techniques Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience More than 1 year of experience performing quality inspections on machined parts and mechanical assemblies Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard Experience inspecting aerospace wire harnesses Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Summary pay range for associate level (Level 2): USD 83,300 – 112,700 Summary pay range for experienced level (Level 3): USD 102,000 – 138,000 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not Applicable Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
