Provide technical support for Boeing BFMS Data Service, communicate with customers, resolve product issues, and act as SME for product management and engineering.
3+ years experience with ARINC 424 Navigation Data, Commercial Avionics Platforms, AIRAC Production Schedules, and Instrument Flight Procedures.
Description: • Provide engineering-level Technical Support for Boeing BFMS Data Service • Communicates directly with customers via email, phone or web • Resolves problems and questions regarding aeronautical content, format or errors/omissions in products that are escalated from Customers, other Support Channels, and Sales/Services • Records customer interaction and resolution details in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Management, and Boeing Engineering • Provides input on new product implementations as well as current product modifications • Location: Englewood CO or Seattle WA Requirements: • 3+ years ARINC 424 Navigation Data • 3+ years Commercial Avionics Platforms • 3+ years AIRAC Production Schedules • 3+ years proficiency with Instrument Flight Procedures Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Flexible working hours • Paid time off • Remote work options
