Senior Procurement Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to join our BDS Compliance team in either Berkeley, Missouri; Huntsville, Alabama or Kennedy Space Center, Florida. This position is within the Compliance and Process Optimization team and in this role, you will drive resolution of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) through effective coordination with Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and GSC&I representatives to ensure superior compliance and minimize future risks. Position Responsibilities: • Drives resolution of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) through effective coordination with Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and GSC&I representatives to ensure superior compliance and minimize future risks • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators • Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities • Leads cross-functional process management activities • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs • Supports Supply Chain Sourcing Compliance and Audit team with Corrective Action Report (CAR) resolution - representing the execution role • Supports coordination of Business Unit functional representatives to support actions that need to be executed by Divisional Business Units • Supports Supply Chain Sourcing Compliance with CAR execution- participate in Root Cause Analysis and the development of Corrective Action Plans representing Supply Chain Business Units • Represents the Supply Chain functional Business Units; coordinates across all the divisions and core contracting for support • Supports Corrective Action Plan (CAP) responses and communicates withSupply Chain Business Unit FunctionalLeadership Team prior to final submittal • Provides Supply Chain Divisionsone focalto reach out to when Programs / Business Unitsreceive a CAR via operations This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift: This position is for 1st shift. NASA Access for Kennedy Space Center: This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility. This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • More than 5 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • More than 5 years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis • More than 5 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations • More than 5 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management • More than 5 years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools • More than 5 years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions • More than 5 years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Bachelor's degree or higher • More than 5 years of experience assessing and evaluating risk Typical Education/Experience: Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
