Senior Operations Integration Manager Company: The Boeing Company Job Description Qualifications: Boeing is seeking a Senior Operations Integration Manager (Level L) and business partner to lead teams from multiple skill areas to establish and manage the value chain content of a business objectives in Everett, Washington! Position Responsibilities: Manages employees and first-level managers from multiple skill areas performing activities within Define and/or Produce organizations. Develops and executes integrated program plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives principally focused on the overall value chain of the project or program. Coordinate across BCA Programs to ensure execution of BPS standards. Responsible for LSCC standards across 777 Program. Skill Team Leader for 777 Program. Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical and operational management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change. 5+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives.
