Senior Business Operations Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team at one of the following locations: Mesa, AZ, or Plano, TX. This position will act as a business integrator and maintain a unified operating rhythm for the Vice President of BGS Quality and EHS. Position Responsibilities: Duties will include (but are not limited to): Supporting and managing day-to-day operations and meetings Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility and ever-changing environment Coordinate artifacts, presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders Track actions to resolution Manages and updates operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Outlook, etc. Serve as a strategic partner to BGS Quality and EHS leadership to drive organizational efficiency and operational excellence through efficient use of systems, tools and processes Collect, organize, and visualize data into insights Partner with VP of BGS Quality and EHS on special projects Functional expertise and the ability to manage diverse and complex topics Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data 5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics 5+ years of experience leading projects 5+ years of experience creating executive level presentations Experience working with teams across multiple geographic locations Exhibit strength in: business acumen, critical thinking, building positive relationships, problem solving, and adaptability Experience and/or the ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential information Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher Experience working in Program Management, Business Operations, Finance Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
