Production Operations Specialist (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Production Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels: Associate, Mid- Level, or Senior Production Operations Specialist. A successful candidate will be able to lead teams of highly skilled technicians through daily tasks involving spacecraft integration. Position Responsibilities: • Develops and implements manufacturing processes • Provides concurrent engineering support • Defines production activities and resolves problems of limited scope • Reviews and approves technical documents • Analyzes charging trends and develops projected manpower forecast • Assists with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation • Leads projects and participates in technical research on proposed projects • Serves as primary interface with internal customers • Translates data into actionable plan for implementation within the organization • Compiles and provides management status reports for corrective/preventative action Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Experience in manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support • Experience interpreting and working from blueprints, sketches, and written/verbal instructions • Experience working in a laboratory environment Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Experience in fall protection, confined space, hazardous energy, crane safety, and incident investigations • Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESCI) • Experience working in teams/work groups • Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Drug Free Workplace: Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range for Associate Level: USD $66,300 - $89,700 Summary pay range for Mid-Level: USD $85,000 - $115,000 Summary pay range for Senior Level: USD $100,300 - $135,700 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not Applicable Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
