Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for Procurement Agent (Associate, Experienced, and Subject Matter Expert) to support our team in Hazelwood, MO Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry, Associate and Experienced Level Procurement Agents. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Hazelwood, MO site. Position Responsibilities: • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • 3+ years of total related experience • 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing practices and processes • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study • 7+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) • 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer • 7+ years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts • Experience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposals • Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance • Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts • MRO/Services experience Export Control: The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, if applicable.
