Position Responsibilities: • Lead a team of geographically dispersed Pre-Hire Specialists • Manage the design, implementation and administration of processes and projects to support onboarding activities • Provide oversight and delivery of critical hiring targets, managing progress to plan, and leading local enabling initiatives • Create a culture of listening, speaking up and providing feedback across the team • Provide special care to candidate experience flow and the health of candidate pipelines • Establish strong relationships across the business, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to leaders to improve the onboarding experience • Seek continuous improvement to candidate experiences, as well as the hiring process and the way we work • Set high expectations for team performance and ensure exceptional candidate and customer experience To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership." • 3+ years working with geographically dispersed teammates • 3+ years of experience with Workday • 3+ years of experience with Tableau Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role • Demonstrated experience driving innovation and process improvements • Experience leading complex problems under minimal supervision • Experience consulting and making recommendations to ensure effective achievement of objectives Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
