Phantom Works Mission Systems AIT Engineer Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a Mission Systems Analysis, Integration, & Test (AIT) Engineer to join our Phantom Works Mission Systems & Autonomy team to support the development of mission systems and C2 solutions for a proprietary effort. The Phantom Works Mission Systems and Autonomy team resides with our Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works division, focused on developing the next generation of mission systems and autonomous platforms for our customers. Our team develops complex, highly integrated solutions for autonomous platforms across key Mission Systems capability areas including, but not limited to: · Advanced communications / Command & Control (C2) · Weapons Integration and Employment · Mission Autonomy · Manned and Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) · Situational Awareness · Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) · Mission Compute / Mission Management The selected candidate will be responsible for the development of mission systems architectures and designs across the capabilities for a proprietary, unmanned fixed-wing effort. Position Responsibilities: Collaboration with Operations Analysts to assess Mission Effectiveness of various mission systems concepts Mission Systems Architecture, Design, and Development from the platform level down to physical hardware and software Performance analysis supporting mission systems capability areas Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) implementation of mission systems design artifacts, including requirements, verification/test procedures, interfaces, behaviors, and architecture Collaboration with program stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) across various disciplines (Operational Analysis, Software, Electrical/Systems Engineering, flight sim, etc), as well as supporting customer meetings Engagements with suppliers and analysis of data they provide This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or Internationally depending on business needs. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. Experience in one or more of the mission systems capability areas listed above Experience developing or integrating avionics / mission systems Knowledge of / experience with MBSE principles and tools (e.g, Cameo/MSOSA, SysML) Experience developing requirements / verifications / test procedures Level 3: 5+ years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s or an equivalent combination of experience and technical education. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 4: 9+ years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s or an equivalent combination of experience and technical education.
