Mid-Level Business and Systems Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Business and Systems Analyst to join the team in Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Seattle, WA; or Renton, WA. This individual will join the Manufacturing & Quality product team who provide comprehensive software solutions to rapidly access and visually transform complex manufacturing and production product data. Position Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and processes Understand information technology concepts Communicate with end users and technical analysts Apply strong written and oral communication skills Translate user requirements into functional specifications Translate user perceivable functions into technical requirements Convert functional specifications into working code Read data and process models Understand software coding language for the system Understand and develop software solutions to meet end user's requirements Ensure application integrates with overall system architecture, utilizing standard Information Technology (IT) lifecycle methodologies and tools Work with others on a team as well as independently Work with team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results Work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues 3+ years of involvement with stakeholder engagement, building coalitions and strategic alliances 3+ years of experience developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation Experience working within a Scrum team or in similar Agile project setups Experience in managing product backlog, writing user stories, and managing releases Ability to work in virtual/hybrid and in office setting Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher Experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML) or other software architecture and design modeling techniques Experience defining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and participating in test execution and defect triage Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving consensus Experience translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications Experience prioritizing backlog items with Product Owners to help manage scope during sprints Experience facilitating workshops, demos, UAT sessions, and stakeholder reviews Experience analyzing business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommending solutions Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
