Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Skill Enhancement Center Lead (MQ-25) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Skill Enhancement Center Lead to support MQ-25 training within Manufacturing & Safety in Berkeley, MO/Mascoutah, IL. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Skill Enhancement team. You will maintain positive relationships with multi-function team leaders and drive a deep understanding of the Boeing Production System principles and standards, production health, and problem solving. Position Responsibilities: Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans Works under minimal direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in Flight Operations 5+ years of experience in a military or commercial aircraft environment Experience leading key process, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives Experience leading a team or project, working independently and cross functionally Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree or higher, equivalent work experience, or equivalent military experience Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
