Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Instrumentations Systems and Integration Engineers - Phantom Works. Position Responsibilities: Applies knowledge of aerospace components, systems, and related test equipment, facilities, processes and methods including: Analyze engineering designs to define testing requirements; Prepare test plans, schedules and documentation Design, develop and safely operate test facilities and instrumentation systems Conduct component, sub-system, system and system-of-systems tests Prepare analyze, and report test results to verify and validate design and performance to meet government, regulatory, customer and program compliance requirements Conduct aerospace research and preliminary design; develop and transition test technology Perform metrology services (calibration, certification & maintenance) on all related instruments and equipment Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering 1+ years of experience designing special test equipment for flight programs and supporting proposals 3+ years of experience with precision test and measurement devices 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or something similar 3+ years of experience with flight test, flight operations, or system test Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
