Flightline Operations Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a First-Line Flightline Operations Manager (Level K) to support the Everett Delivery Center Paint Team in Everett, Washington. This position provides a unique opportunity to lead Paint Teams through the application of our customer airline exterior decorative livery from layout through customer presentation and acceptance. Your ability to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports is crucial to success in this role. Position Responsibilities: Manage, develop, and motivate employees leveraging best practices and employee feedback. Ensures that air vehicles are completed and pass certification for airworthiness by overseeing final paint installation, modification, repair, and preparation for delivery. Interfaces with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and ensure customer acceptance. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and meets operational goals including quality, on time delivery, and cost. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, process improvements, and lean principles. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience with finishing and painting in either aircraft, automotive or marine industries 1+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position Ability to work any shift.
