Experienced or Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Integrator (Relocation Eligible) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled Experiencedor Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Integrator based out of Seattle, WA to provide financial analysis and reporting for the Boeing Global Services- Commercial Core (BGS-C) team. This role involves close collaboration with Senior Managers and Executives across BGS Commercial and encompasses Profit & Loss (P&L) management, cash flow and working capital (accounts receivable/accounts payable) oversight, investor relations and executive reporting, monthly forecasting, and long-range business planning. Position Responsibilities: • Act as a key finance focal point within the BGS-Commercial division for integrating complex financials and conducting ad hoc analysis • Lead the development of the annual long-range business plan (LRBP), monthly forecasts, and variance analysis for the portfolio, requiring collaboration across functions and business units (Supply Chain, Revenue Management, Rate Management) • Make recommendations to senior management and executives, acting as a trusted advisor and utilizing critical thinking to offer financial performance projections and actionable recommendations • Build partnerships with program leadership, peers, and functional leaders to ensure alignment with financial objectives • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices to enhance quality, efficiency, and forecast accuracy Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of finance experience • Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills • Experience with Boeing finance systems such as Enterprise Planning & Analysis System (EPAS) • Highly motivated and proactive self-starter • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
