Business Operations Specialist (Lead or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Business Operations team is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our Air Dominance Program Test team in Berkeley, MO. This exciting role will focus on running the operating rhythm and management system for BT&E programs supporting Air Dominance. This senior business operations position focuses on program-level cadence, communications, meeting package development, planning and execution of face-to-face and all-team events, resource planning, and project management to ensure teams deliver on schedule, cost, and technical commitments. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Lead or Senior Level Business Operation Specialist. Position Responsibilities: Own and operate the program management system and operating rhythm (weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences), ensuring consistent, timely execution across all program teams Develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality meeting packages, agendas, read-aheads, decision briefings, and action-item trackers for leadership reviews Plan, coordinate, and execute all-team meetings, working sessions, and face-to-face program events (logistics, agenda, materials, outcomes, follow-up) Maintain action item and decision logs; ensure timely closure and accountability. Coach and mentor junior business ops and program coordinators on running effective operating rhythms and producing concise, decision-quality materials. Collaborate cross-functionally to bring diverse teams together and drive project success Communicate effectively with executive-level leadership, providing clear updates and insights Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning in coordination with internal and external partners.
