Business Operations Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Business Operations Manager to join our IRC Business Operations team in Everett, WA. Boeing Commercial Airlines IRC Bus Ops is looking to hire an Integration leader as the direct Business Ops interface within the Airplane Program. This individual will manage small staff team directly and integrate with Functions across Business Operations and the Program to provide a forward-looking integrated view and implement plans to mitigate risks and uncover and address potential issues. Further, this individual can expect to develop and execute integrated program plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives principally focused on the overall value chain of the project or program. It will be essential to not only foster relationships between the Programs and the Fabrication Manufacturing Business Units (MBUs), but also to provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Our team is currently hiring a Level K Business Operations Manager. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Ensures work statement compliance. Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): Experience in Business Operations 5+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives 5+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional teams 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners 5+ years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of experience developing and leading business strategy 3+ years of experience in Project Management – ability to prioritize/coordinate and track multiple issues simultaneously is essential to this role Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
