737 Business Operations Senior Manager Company: The Boeing Company As part of the 737 Business Operations team, this leader will be responsible for MS&I and Program Initiatives (Program Planning, Analytics, Work Statement Management) This is an opportunity to leverage strong operational, communication and strategic skills to integrate across the 737 value stream. Position Responsibilities: Manages, develops and motivates employees and first line managers performing business management activities. Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of projects and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Monitors business unit work statement to support planning and execution. Aligns and integrates management system architecture across programs and business units. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 10+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines in fast paced environments Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership, staying composed under pressure Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience leading project management processes, continuous improvement, and tool development activities Experience with creating or executing organizational management systems Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
